Thank you for purchasing the VEVOR water distiller. Before using our distiller, please confirm all parts are in good condition and read the instructions carefully.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons! ) Do not immerse the head and base in water or other liquid, nor flush with the faucet. After the water in the distillation barrel is dried and automatically protected by the anti-dry protection system, the machine assembly shall be opened after about 15 minutes to avoid possible hurt caused by the steam in the barrel.

Before the product is connected to the power supply, confirm whether the marked voltage is consistent with the locally used voltage. If the plug, socket, or product is damaged, do not remove the machine for repair without permission, to avoid the wrong connection of the internal circuit, resulting in a power short circuit and other dangers.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance safely and if they understand the hazards involved.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. This product is not suitable for people with physical or mental disorders, to avoid harm caused by wrong use. Do not touch hot surfaces without any protection.

ELECTRICAL PRECAUTIONS

Do not disassemble the unit except for the authorized serviceman. Unplug the unit before filling it Do not exceed the MAX mark. Do not touch the socket with a wet hand to reduce the risk of electrocution. If the plug, socket, or product is damaged, do not remove the machine for repair without permission, to avoid the wrong connection of the internal circuit, resulting in a power short circuit and other dangers.

When taking the head components or cleaning products, press the OFF switch first, and unplug the power plug of the head components and the host power plug.

Do not share the same outlet with other high-wattage appliances while operating to prevent overloading Always unplug the Main Power Cord before filling or cleaning the unit or whenever not in use.

INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE

Due to the brand-new stainless steel in the still tank, you may perceive a very slight “new smell” or faint taste from the first couple of cycles or so. However, the water is completely pure and safe to consume. Any residual scent or taste dissipates with each use until the water becomes completely odorless and tasteless.

After the first few cycles, there should be hardly any taste at all and in fact, it will “taste” better than any other filtered or bottled water.  This product can continuously produce distilled water, press the OFF switch, and turn on the head component after about 15 minutes.

Add the water with the largest scale into the inner tank of the main machine, and press the ON switch to restart the distilling.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Install water storage tank
• Placing activated carbon
• Installing silicone tubing
• Put citric acid cleaning agent into the bucket and clean the inner bucket
• Fill water into the distiller tank, do not exceed the water level
• Insert the head power cord into the head power cord socket
• Connect the power of the body to the main body
• Connect the power cord plug of the body to the wall socket hole or a suitable cable tray
• Place the water storage tank properly
• Press the reset switch to start the distillation. (in the front of the main body)
• Turn off the ON/OFF switch to stop the distillation. (the red one on the back of the main body, When you turn off the switch, the indicator light will go out)

Do not share the same outlet with other high-wattage appliances while operating too to prevent overloading, and make sure the surface is dry and the unit is completely assembled.

1. Fill water into the distiller tank, do not exceed the water max level
   • Using hot or boiled water can reduce the distillation time
2. Place the top of the distiller tank back, Position the collection jar under the distilled water outlet
   • Check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed or leaking
3. Connect the power cords with the socket and distiller machine
   • Please make sure power cords are properly connected and fastened
4. Press the GREEN switch on the distiller machine. The indicator of the start button lights up, the head fan starts to turn, and the distiller machine starts to heat up.
5. The distiller machine is heated for about 30 minutes, and the distilled water starts to drip out slowly from the distiller to the Carafe
6. Stop the distillation by pressing the RED switch or disconnecting the main power cord from the socket
   • VEVOR distiller is specially equipped with an anti-dry protection system. automatically stops when the still tank is dry to ensure safety.

CLEANING INSTRUCTION

1. Add 1.0L of water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the still tank, put the top back on, and boil water for about 20 minutes.
2. After pouring out the water, wash the distiller’s tank and cap with a soft cloth (the distilled water made for the first time cannot be drunk).
3. Rinse these parts with clean water while not allowing any electrical components to become wet.

WARM TIPS:

Clean the inside of the boiling tank after each cycle has ended and the unit has cooled for at least 30 minutes. Disconnect the distiller from power and allow time for it to fully cool before any cleaning, maintenance, or repair.

Never use caustic chemicals or harsh abrasives, which might damage the steel lining. Rinse and wipe the distiller’s tank daily using clean water and a soft cloth. Clean the distiller’s tank and cap at least monthly to remove mineral deposits and other buildup from the stainless steel lining.

SILICONE SEAL ASSEMBLY

The silicone seal prevents water from escaping the distiller. When placing or replacing it, ensure that the rounded side is facing up.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL & NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

Installation and disassembly of the outlet nozzle are shown in the diagram on the right. The activated carbon shall be installed into the machine head before the water outlet nozzle is installed into the stainless steel water outlet nozzle first. Check that the seal remains in place.

• If the steam baffle is deformed, please correct it manually, otherwise it will affect the water outlet efficiency.

DISTILLER LID OPEN INSTRUCTION

Wait 15 minutes after stopping the distillation before removing the lid. Carefully open the lid from the side to avoid scald

• Remove the upper lid 15 minutes after stopping the distillation
